âl sindiana was delighted to receive today His Excellency Walid Nassar, Minister of Tourism, and to host a luncheon in his honor at Seven Oaks restaurant on the âl sindiana grounds to thank him for his hard work on behalf of tourism in Lebanon and his special attention to âl sindiana Boutique Bed & Breakfast.
In attendance were Deputy Farid Boustani, Bishop Maroun Ammar, Director of Housing Rony Lahoud, Her Excellency Marleine Ahwaji, Kaemakam El-Shouf, Mayor Aline Nassar of Kfarkatra, Ambassador Massoud Maalouf and several friends and colleagues.
The Minister, his company, and all the guests toured the facilities. At the luncheon Mr. Walid Maalouf welcomed the Minister and the guests and pointed out how important it is to facilitate the process for immigrants when they return to Lebanon to invest.
Bishop Ammar praised the idea of the project and emphasizes that Lebanon needs new ideas such as âl sindiana with great imaginations. The Mayor of Kfarkatra Mrs. Nassar said: “while Walid was abroad he worked for Lebanon and when he returned to Lebanon he is working for Kfarkatra his hometown” she thanked him and welcomed the Minister and guests to her town. Minister Nassar concluded by saying: “This is the first time I come to this beautiful town and I am taken by the beauty of âl sindiana.
A very beautiful and serene place. Liked every single detail in this project, the suites, the gardens, the terraces, especially the great menu you have. I will return one day with family and friends.”
