Definition
âl sindiana Hospitality Partnership is an arrangement solely between the client and al sindiana in order to use a suite as a holiday home or location under a mutual agreement limited to an allotted period of time.

Club Membership Benefits & Rules
Purchase is for allotted time pre-paid for length of years, not the property, real estate or share in al sindiana company
Number of guests at each visit should not exceed 2
Our morning traditional free Lebanese Mountain Breakfast for regular reservations is not included in this hospitality package
Early check in; late check out. Purchaser chooses the dates of stay including weekends
We offer these amenities: Living space with an open sofa, Queen Bed, Contemporary bathroom, gas heat, cable TV, wifi, coffee maker, small refrigerator, private garden, roof terrace, eco-friendly, spectacular panorama, free parking, in-suite iron if needed, new indoor and outdoor furniture, hair dryer, coffee, tea, water are available in the suites
Services such as food and beverages for Breakfast, lunch & dinner consumed at the time of use are available with 15% discount
10% discounts available from our shop or Beytelmouneh, from the artwork displayed in all our facilities, and any professional photography services. We are eco-friendly and all our produce is locally grown.
Annual hospitality partnership visitors will receive priority services and accommodations
Reservations must be made 2 months in advance to guarantee availability
Agreement is not transferable, not for rent or re-sale by original signers
In the event that signers do not use the facilities at any given time during the agreement this will neither cancel nor refund any amount from original price.
For Corporate and Diplomatic hospitality partnership guests, al sindiana’s management must receive a letter from the leadership indicating the guests’ names and copies of IDs and time of use.
In the event that al sindiana is unable to provide the services committed in the agreement, it will return the cost of any remaining years based on the original pricing agreed on
